Founded in 2011, NEWCRC is one of the first independent collegiate conferences of the northeast, and seeks to build a successful and sustainable rugby program that benefits all of its members.

Interested in joining NEWCRC?
We are an independent, Division II collegiate conference for both women and men’s programs that also includes a development division for teams that are less competitive. Our organization is committed to growing the sport of rugby through the support and improvement of all member programs. Member teams are committed to a positive culture of respect and commitment to the spirit of the game of rugby. This includes good sportsmanship, diversity, organization and working to grow the game of rugby.
Is NEWCRC a good fit for your program?
Currently, we are seeking competitive men and women’s teams to add to our conference. Interested clubs may contact the head of our Expansion Sub-Committee, Chris St. Onge at (413) 246-7529.

Note: Men’s and Women’s Tier 1 and 2 teams should submit applications by the end of February to be considered in time for the following fall season. Women’s Tier 3 (development) teams may apply at any time for consideration.
